Lake of the Ozarks (Missouri) Addition
The owners of this lake property contacted MOD (again) to help them with expanding this home for entertaining family and guests. True timber-framing was utilized for the main level of expansion to create a generously-sized gathering space for all. An expanded game room, two bedroom suites and a bunkroom fill in the lower level - which happens to be the pool level. Multiple porches & decks add great outdoor spaces with terrific views.
